The Accounting Assistant will be primarily responsible for performing bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks under the direct supervision of the Office Manager. The primary job function will be performing bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Other duties will include training and assisting with processing taxes, processing payroll and payroll reports. The Accounting Assistant will also be responsible for performing other miscellaneous office duties as required.
Training will be provided upon hire, but Quickbooks experience is required.
